ACCOUNTANTS & BOOKKEEPERS

Ledgion FSO is growing its Accounting Team and is now accepting applications from experienced Filipino accountants and bookkeepers.

Successful applicants will become part of the Ledgion Accounting Team, supporting U.S. clients who value accurate financials, clear processes, and professional remote support.

This is a freelance role, but without the usual client-hunting, job board competition or bidding.

You won’t compete with dozens of applicants or lower your rates to get noticed.

Typical Responsibilities

Depending on client needs and your experience, tasks may include:

  • Bookkeeping and reconciliations

  • Accounts payable and receivable

  • Month-end close support

  • Financial reporting

  • Cleanup and catch-up work

  • Payroll assistance

  • Process and workflow support

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of actual accounting or bookkeeping experience

  • Experience with U.S. accounting standards or clients preferred

  • Proficiency in QuickBooks or Xero

  • Strong English communication skills

  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and professional

  • Able to work independently in a remote setup

Work Setup

  • Fully remote

  • 40 hours per week

  • Monday–Friday

  • Work hours based on the client’s U.S. time zone

  • Must have:

    • Stable internet connection

    • Quiet workspace

    • Computer with at least 8GB RAM, Intel i5/Ryzen 5 (or Mac equivalent)

Compensation

$800 per month

What is a CAM, and what will my role be?

As a Client Accounting Manager (CAM), you will handle the day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting operations for a U.S.-based client. You’ll work under the guidance of a controller who provides oversight, quality checks, and professional support.

Is this an employment role or a freelance engagement?

You will be engaged as an independent contractor (freelancer), not as an employee of Ledgion FSO. There is no employer–employee relationship, but you will be embedded into a client’s operations during your contract term.

Is this full-time or part-time?

This is a full-time engagement (40 hours per week) only. Clients operate on 3-, 6-, or 12-month contracts with auto-renewal, but your availability and workload remain full-time throughout your assignment.

Is this a long-term opportunity?

Yes. Your engagement is based on renewable 3-, 6-, or 12-month contracts. While each contract has a defined term, Ledgion FSO is structured for continuity and long-term client relationships, not short-term or rotating assignments.

How selective is the application process?

Who oversees my work and supports me?

Each CAM is supported by a controller who provides guidance, ensures compliance with U.S. accounting standards, and helps maintain consistency in delivery. This structure exists to support both performance and professional growth.
